Last Official Day At Deason Custom Signs

Today was my last official day at work.  I moved my office home and it setting in the corner of my living room in boxes.  I did really good this week.  No crying.  I did all of that last week.  I'm very excited for my parents and the new owners.  Here's some pictures of the last few days with some of my favorite customers and vendors.

This is Sharron from Sprint Print.  She's our local sales lady that we purchase office supplies from.  Going to miss our laughs sweet Sharron!

This is our uniform rep Danny from Spirit.  Such a nice guy.

Mary from Tri-City.  She's really going to miss my dad. (ha)  We will still see her lots!

Our UPS driver Kevin.  Him and his wife just adopted a daughter from China.  Going to miss checking up on her and hearing about their new adventures.

Our neighbors at Pressures On.  They are going to miss me!

Me & my brother.

One of our employees, Taylor.  Sweet boy :)

This building was built in 1991 after my mom and dad lost the sign and pool business in a fire.  They were located in town for 17 years.  They've been here for 20 years.

Some of our best customers who we consider friends came by today.  Don from Phillips Enterprises.

Me packing up my office.

Another great customer & friend Josh Hargrove.

Well, its 5:00 at DCS.  And today it marked the end of something great that I will cherish forever.

A few more pictures of us 4 together.

Finally Mom & Dad packing up as well.  Hello Retirement!

And the sweet hubs stopped by to load me up and take me home.

What to do now?  Seriously thinking about laying on a  float in my the pool for about 2 hours a day til the weather is so cold that I can't do so.  Maybe some couponing and exploring the blogging world a bit more.  Cleaning out.  Cooking for the family.  Treasuring this time with the ones I love the most.  Focusing on what will be my most awarding and best achievement ever, being a mom and a wife.

  1. Awww man! This is bittersweet! You are going to think this is weird but my dad had his own sign business too. He doesn't do them anymore due to his heart attacks.
