Chirstmas Open House & Great Finds

Whewwwww its been a busy weekend.  Friday was Veterans Day and the hubby was off work.  Well actually he was suppose to work but due to an arm injury from last week, he was told to take a few days off to rest it.  So I loaded him up for a trip to my favorite.....the glorious Hobby Lobby, oh how I love that place.     I've been working on my Christmas Ornaments again this year.  Orders are coming in so fast that I can't keep up.  But considering I don't really have much of a job anymore, this will allow me to have some extra Christmas Money.   Poor guy got stuck talking to some crazy in Hobby Lobby while I loaded the two buggy's.  Yep, I said two buggy's and that was just round 1!  Afterwards we met up with some coal friends of ours, Chas & Chris for some Chinese.  So Friday night I was busy doing this....

You know I love a good sale!  And I love Christmas Open House in our lil town of Greenville.  So I wanted to show you some really cute stuff I got for cheap!

New boots from Classic Lady, only paid $32.00!

I love this watch! Got it at Classic Lady too.

Visited one of my favorite artist Rooti Patooti.

Purchased a few sprigs from this tree at On Main.

Visited The Depot and purchased this lil Nora Fleming mini.  Its the new Santa Boot, so cute!!!

Oh, last great buy....remember a few weeks ago some friends and I had a trunk show.  Well I bought this from a friend of mine Kelli B.

Now all I need is a top hat to go along with my zebra coat, my sparkly cowboy boots and studded watch and I'll look just like Big & Rich! lol The husband didn't find it so funny.  But I love all my new stuff and love that I got a fabulous price on them.

This is for my friend Jennifer over at All That Glitters, she has a new blog that you can visit called Saving Glitter.  I've learned quite of bit of "how to save" at the grocery from her.  I'm not that great ....YET!  But I did go to Kroger this weekend and saved $110.00 on all of this.  I still spent over $100 but I purchased expensive items like my husbands razors.  I also stocked up on batteries for Christmas.

Now that I'm home and have the time and of course no paycheck, I'm finding ways to pay myself!  And I'm really "diggin' this stay at home mom gig right now.  So I'll keep making my laundry soap, couponing, buying second hand items and looking for the sale rack and discounts.  Cause my time at home right now is very limited and soon my kids will be gone.  So I'm soaking it up while I can.  Oh , how I love those boys.
Y'all have Marvelous Monday!
